Conference registration is not subject to VAT.

*Students applying for the Student Fee must upload a letter from their supervisor confirming their student status.

 The RSC Analytical Division have travel grants to support  PhD students and post-doctoral researchers on the understanding that those in receipt of the support submit a short report to the RSC Analytical Division Council after the event. Click here for more details.

Cancellation and refunds terms and conditions

By registering your attendance via the online registration system you are agreeing to pay all monies due, whether attending or not, unless cancellation is completed before the cancellation deadline. Payment must be completed before the start of the conference. All registrations received by the closing date will be acknowledged. If an acknowledgement is not received within 14 days, please contact RSC Events at ebents@rsc.org

Cancellations received before the standard registration deadline will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received (including those for meals, accommodation or social events) after the standard registration deadline has passed, although a change in attending delegate can be made at any time. Changes to bookings for meals, accommodation or social events cannot be accepted after the deadline.
